Haunted Door: promotion terms

These terms apply to the KEIS Haunted Door promotion on keisapparel.com. By opening a door you agree to them. Last updated 28 October 2026.

1. Who runs it

The promoter is Motohaus Powersports Limited, trading as KEIS ("KEIS", "we"), Unit 1A The Rose Estate, Osborn Way, Hook, Hampshire RG27 9UT. Registered in England and Wales, company number 03461184. Questions about the promotion: hello@keisapparel.com.

2. When it runs

The promotion opens at 00:01 on Friday 30 October 2026 and closes at 23:59 on Sunday 1 November 2026, UK time. Doors can't be opened outside these times.

3. Who can enter

UK residents aged 18 or over, with a UK delivery address.
Not employees of Motohaus Powersports Limited, their immediate families, or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.
The door only opens to visitors in the UK, and the KEIS prizes (the free gifts and the £50 voucher) only work on orders delivered to a UK address.

4. How to enter

Open the haunted door on keisapparel.com and enter your email address. Opening a door is free: no purchase is needed.
One door per person and per email address for the whole promotion. Different versions of the same address (for example Gmail addresses with dots or a +tag added) count as the same address. Limits per device and per internet connection also apply.
Entries made with disposable email addresses, by automated means, or by anyone trying to get round these limits are void, and any prize they win may be withdrawn.
Opening your door adds you to the KEIS mailing list. Unsubscribe any time with the link in any of our emails.

5. How prizes are won

Each door reveals its prize straight away, picked at random by our system from the prizes available at that moment.
Prizes are released in batches through each day, so the chance of winning each prize changes over the weekend. Anything not won on one day carries over to the next. We don't guarantee that every prize will be given out.
Once a day's prizes have all gone, the door will say so.
Your prize shows on screen and is emailed to the address you entered, usually within a few minutes. If it hasn't arrived, check your spam folder; you can also ask the door to send it again.

6. Free gifts: SW-Motech hat, Peak Design packing cube, XCP ONE sample can

The gift is free with a KEIS order. Add any KEIS product to your basket (the gift products themselves don't count), then claim the gift in the same order.
Claim it before midnight (23:59) on the day you win it. If you win after 22:00 on Friday or Saturday, you have until 23:59 the next day. Nothing can be claimed after 23:59 on Sunday 1 November 2026.
Claim it with the button in your prize email, or by typing your gift code into the Redeem box in your basket.
The gift code works once, for one gift, and only when you check out with the email address that opened the door. One free gift per order.
A gift not claimed in time goes back into the prize pool and may be won by someone else. We can't extend the deadline.
Our normal delivery charges and terms apply to the order. If the order is cancelled, the gift is cancelled with it.
If a gift becomes unavailable, we'll offer you an alternative of similar value.

7. £50 KEIS voucher

£50 off one order at keisapparel.com. It comes off the products in your order, not delivery. There's no minimum spend.
One order only. If your order comes to less than £50, the rest of the voucher is lost: it doesn't carry over to another order.
It only works when you check out with the email address that opened the door.
Use it by 23:59 on Sunday 1 November 2026. After that it expires and can't be extended or replaced.
If you return items bought with the voucher, we refund what you actually paid. The voucher isn't reissued.
UK delivery addresses only. It has no cash value and can't be exchanged for cash or a gift card.

8. Partner codes: SW-Motech, NEXX and Scenic

These codes come from our partners and are used on their websites or app, under their own terms. They can't be used at KEIS.
10% off at SW-Motech: a unique code for one order at sw-motech.co.uk only. Any expiry date or exclusions are shown in your prize email.
10% off at NEXX: a unique code for one order at nexx-helmet.co.uk only, on all products. It doesn't expire.
6 months of Scenic Premium: a unique code, redeemed once in the Scenic app for iPhone or Android. It doesn't expire. Scenic's own terms apply, including what happens when the six months end.

9. General

Prizes are as described. There's no cash alternative, and prizes can't be transferred or sold.
We may withdraw a prize or cancel its code if these terms are broken, or if a prize was given out because of a technical error.
If something outside our reasonable control affects the promotion, such as a technical failure or fraud, we may pause, change or end it. Where we can, we'll say so on keisapparel.com.
On request, we'll give the first name and county of the £50 voucher winners, unless a winner objects.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.

10. Your details

We use your email address to run the promotion, send your prize and, as set out in section 4, send you KEIS emails. Your details are kept in our store and email systems and are not shared with SW-Motech, NEXX, Peak Design, XCP or Scenic. Read more in our privacy policy.
