Delivery times

• Standard: 3–5 business days
• Priority: 1–2 business days

We aim to ship orders placed before 12pm the same working day.

Please note - we don’t despatch on weekends or bank holidays.

Delivery costs

• Orders under £50: £3.99
• Orders over £50.01: free
• Priority delivery: £7.99

We ship with APC, DPD, or Royal Mail.

Royal Mail parcels go by 48-hour tracked service. Tracking is sent once delivery has been attempted.

Outside mainland UK

Includes Ireland, Northern Ireland, Guernsey, and Jersey.

We’ll aim to despatch the same working day we receive the order. Weekends and bank holidays can add a delay.

Delivery costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout once you enter your delivery address.

We ship to most countries. If yours isn’t listed, please email us on hello@keisapparel.com and we’ll confirm whether we can deliver. A local dealer may also be able to supply the item.

Customs and import charges

International orders are sent DDP (delivered duty paid). There are no import duties or taxes to pay on delivery.

Lost or damaged parcels

Contact us within 72 hours of your tracking information being issued if a parcel has not arrived, or as soon as possible if it arrives damaged. We will take this up with the courier.

Lost or missing parcels reported after 72 hours may be too late to claim. We may then be unable to offer a refund or replacement.

Cancellations

We aim to despatch in-stock items within 1 business day.

To cancel, email hello@keisapparel.com as soon as possible, and no later than the same working day. We’ll try to cancel before despatch, but this cannot be guaranteed once processing has started.

Out-of-stock items can be cancelled any time before they are restocked and fulfilled.

If the order has already been despatched, follow the returns process. Return postage is not covered for cancelled orders.
