The 'Male Power Plug' on new post-2020 KEIS heated gloves is designed to connect the gloves to a power source. This spare Y-lead enables users to connect the male plug to a portable battery, vehicle power loom, or a power source in a heated vest or jacket. The lead has two female output plugs, with cables of different lengths for optimal routing (106 cm and 155 cm). It ensures power reaches both gloves efficiently.

Fitted the leads that came with the gloves in the box, still cannot work out why one lead is longer than the other, no need as you dont have 1 arm longer than the other 🤷 anyway, I decided to get an additional 30 cm lead for the shorter cable and now they are both the same lengths. Also bought a 60cm lead to extend the lead you plug into the power cable fitted to the battery. Cables are very good quality. Then decided to duplicate all the cables again by buying all the cables to fit into a different jacket so I now have the choice of using different jackets for different weather. If it's going to be heavy rain then I will use my heavy storm jacket, if its just going to be cold then I can use my heated gloves with my winter jacket, win win 🙌 great gloves, great customer service 🫡
