Mainland UK

Delivery Times


- Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days

- Priority Delivery: 1–2 business days
- Place your order before 12pm and we’ll aim to ship it the same day!

Just a heads-up: we don’t ship over weekends or bank holidays, so please allow a little extra time during these periods.



Delivery Costs


- Orders under £50: £3.99

- Orders over £50.01: Free

- Priority Delivery: £7.99


We do our best to keep stock levels accurate on our website. If something’s out of stock, it’ll be marked as on backorder. This info updates from our live system, though there may be the odd delay.

If your order includes a backordered item, we’ll get in touch to confirm the expected lead time. Your full order will ship once everything’s ready to go.

We use APC, DPD, or Royal Mail to ship your order.

Royal Mail parcels are sent via 48-hour tracked service—you’ll get tracking details once delivery has been attempted.




Delivery outside of Mainland UK (including  Ireland, Northern Ireland, Guernsey & Jersey)

We’ll aim to ship your order the same day we receive it, but weekends and bank holidays may cause slight delays.


Delivery Costs


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout once you’ve entered your delivery address.


We ship to most countries worldwide! If you don’t see your country listed at checkout, just drop us a message at hello@keisapparel.com and we’ll let you know if we can deliver to you.

It’s also worth checking if there’s a local dealer in your country who might be able to supply the items directly.

Customs & Import Charges:
- When your parcel reaches the border, you may be contacted to pay customs tax.
- We’re not able to influence or estimate these charges in advance.

If you choose not to accept the delivery, the courier fee will still apply. Once the item is returned to us, we’ll refund the cost of the products—please allow 5–10 business days for this to reach your original payment method.



Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel hasn’t arrived after receiving your dispatch confirmation, just drop us a line at hello@keisapparel.com with your order number and we’ll look into it for you.



Cancellation


We aim to despatch all in-stock items within 1 business day of the order being placed. If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us the same working day.


We will make every effort to cancel your order in time, but cancellation is not guaranteed once an item is being processed for despatch.


For out-of-stock items, cancellation is possible any time prior to restocking and fulfillment.

If your order has already been despatched at the time we receive your cancellation request, you will need to follow the returns process outlined below. Please note: we do not cover return postage costs for cancelled orders.
