Expensive replacement
Great product as always with Keis, unfortunately my wife’s heavy handedness broke the earth pin off. Had to purchase a whole new unit rather than a replacement sliding clip 😕

Multinational charger
Charger works very well, well priced too with fast delivery .

Replaced my trusty old unit which eventually gave up the ghost.
Works just fine and recharges the batteries quickly. Loses one star for the line which says "tax included" on the price but I ended up paying import duty to the post office. The region was set to Ireland/EUR so the platform should of known better. Long time Keis user, inner gloves, soles and vest. One failed sole in 7 years, replaced with zero quibble.
