Two lucky KEIS customers will receive a full refund on their order placed over the Black Friday weekend. This offer applies exclusively to UK customers who make a qualifying purchase between 00:00 on Friday 28th November 2025 and 23:59 on Monday 1st December 2025. Two winners will be selected at random after the promotional period ends, and each will be refunded the full value of their qualifying order. To be eligible, customers must be subscribed to KEIS marketing emails at the time of the draw, and the order must be successfully completed and not cancelled or returned. KEIS reserves the right to verify entries.

1. Promoter

This promotion is organised by KEIS Heated Apparel, a brand of Motohaus Powersports Ltd (“the Promoter”).

2. Promotional Period

The promotion runs from 00:00 on Friday 28th November 2025 until 23:59 on Monday 1st December 2025 (“the Promotional Period”). Orders placed outside this timeframe will not qualify.

3. Eligibility

• Open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over.
• To qualify, participants must:
  1. Place an order on keisapparel.com during the Promotional Period.
  2. Be subscribed to KEIS email marketing so we can contact them if they win.
• This promotion is not open to employees, contractors, or representatives of Motohaus Powersports Ltd, or their close friends and family members.

4. Prize

Two (2) winners will each receive a full refund of their qualifying order, up to the total value paid (including VAT and shipping, if applicable).

• The refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the order.
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or any alternative.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

• Two winners will be randomly selected from all valid qualifying orders placed during the Promotional Period.
• Winners will be contacted via the email address linked to their order within 7 days of the promotion ending.
• Winners must confirm their acceptance of the refund within 7 days of being notified, or another winner may be selected.

6. Refund Process

• Once confirmed, KEIS will issue the refund within 14 days via the original payment method.
• Refunds are subject to standard banking and processing times.
