Cancellations
We aim to despatch in-stock items within 1 business day.
To cancel an order, email hello@keisapparel.com as soon as possible, and no later than the same working day. We’ll do our best to cancel before despatch, but this cannot be guaranteed once processing has started.
Out-of-stock items can be cancelled any time before they are restocked and fulfilled.
If your order has already been despatched, please follow the returns process. Return postage is not covered for cancelled orders.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item:
- Was ordered directly from the KEIS Apparel website
- Is unused, unworn, and in a resaleable condition
- Is in its original packaging with tags attached
- Includes all components
Returns are inspected on arrival. Items that do not meet these conditions may be returned to you at your cost.
Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
Please note: We do not cover return postage for orders outside Mainland UK. Orders within Mainland UK will be provided with a returns label.

Once confirmed, securely package your item and include your returns number.

Refunds
Refunds are issued once your cancellation is confirmed, or once your return has been inspected and accepted.
Refunds are made to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of processing.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the EU, you may cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason.
Items must be returned unused, unworn, with tags, in the original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
