1. Organizer

This competition is organized by Motohaus Powersports Limited, Unit 1A, The Rose Estate, Osborn Way, Hook RG27 9UT

2. Eligibility
   

• The competition is open to residents of Great Britain, aged 18 years and older
• Employees of Motohaus Powersports Limited and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate

3. How to Enter
   

• To enter, follow @keisappareluk and @motohaus_uk, like the competition post and tag a friend in the comments
• Each comment tagging a friend counts as one entry. Multiple entries are allowed.

4. Competition Period
   

• The competition starts on Tuesday 18th June and ends at 23:59pm on Sunday 14^th July 2024
• Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted

5. Prize
   

• Two winners will each receive a 2-day motorcycle riding trip to Wales
• Winners must arrange their own travel to and from the starting location
• The prize does not require accommodation and any accommodation, if personally required, must be organized and paid for by competition entrants
• Food expenses are paid for by Motohaus Powersports, including lunch and dinner
• Winners will receive gifted kit from affiliated Motohaus Powersports brands (including but not confined to NEXX Helmets, Keis Apparel, SW-Motech)

6. Winner Selection and Notification
   

• Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the competition period
• Winners will be notified via Instagram direct message within 1 day of the competition closing date
• If a winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, another winner will be selected

7. Prize Conditions
   

• Winners must have their own travel insurance and valid vehicle insurance for the duration of the trip
• Winners must provide proof of travel and vehicle insurance before the trip
• Winners consent to Motohaus Powersports and its affiliated brands using their images and videos taken during the trip for promotional and commercial use

8. General
   

• By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions
• The organizer reserves the right to modify or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice

9. Data Protection
   

• Personal data provided during the competition will be used solely for the purpose of this competition and in accordance with Motohaus Powersports’ privacy policy

10. Liability
    

• The organizer will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur as a result of the winner’s participation in the trip, except where caused by negligence.
