These are great , the simplest way to get power to your jacket / gillet or gloves

Had a pair of heated gloves but the stopped working. I found that the connector was corroded. Despite trying to clean it they still did not work. Contacted Keis and with in 48hrs I had a new power lead which I fitted and now nice warm hands again when riding. Fantastic service from Keis and the team.

Had to buy a new bike to jacket controller connector as the old old had gone missing...after a super quick delivery l received the connector which fits my 13 year old waistcoat a treat. Very happy.

Bought the lead to check whether the fault was with the lead or the jacket, unfortunately its not the jacket, so I have now an expensive non-heated jacket.

I have been using Keis products since 2013. The original jackets all suffered wiring failures and I think I was up to my third one before it got through warranty period without failing. It failed shortly after and I then would cut the lining to find the broken wire(s) and repair them myself. Then when the latest ones came out the quality got better and I have had zero problems, until I ordered a new vehicle lead. The design of the fuse holder has changed which in itself is not a problem but the wiring failed within a few days at the socket. Keis initially said it wasn’t covered under warranty but after reviewing it said they would send me a new one. Have they changed the quality of the cable on this new design, time will tell.

The power supply lead had to be replaced because the original lead insulation broke down. The replacement delivery was quick.

Absolutely love keis products, 1 because they work good, and if they don't, you send them back and they get repaired for free..... can't get customer service like that these days.....100% recommend keis products, for keeping toastie in the winter months.

Third power lead purchased now. One for each bike so I can stay warm through the winter on either bike I ride.
I ride all year round.

Heated jacket still going strong after 10 years but I went to put the lead on my new bike and it had perished right at the plug. Really good price for the new lead and it arrived really quickly. Here’s to another 10 warm years !

I have Keis heated trousers and jacket, I needed a second lead for another bike, it was easy to order, waited a short time and it was delivered as promised. The power lead connects easily to the bike's battery, it can be wired through a switched supply, but I don't bother. The heated clothing has three heat settings, I usually use the lowest setting (green), only if the temperature drops below zero do I use the middle setting (orange).
I good system of heating clothes which makes winter riding enjoyable.

Got this so I could wear my gloves/jacket on my 2nd bike, so handy not to have to use batteries. Just plug in and ride
