Keis Heated Apparel (https://keisapparel.com)
Last updated: 19 June 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of https://keisapparel.com and your purchases of products from it (the "Services"). The Services are operated by Motohaus Powersports Limited, trading as Keis ("we", "us", "our").
Please read these Terms carefully. They include important information about your legal rights, our liability and how contracts are formed. By using the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy & Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
These Terms are for consumers buying for personal use. If you are buying in the course of a business, please contact us for our business terms.

- VAT number: GB709309532
- Registered office: Unit 1A Rose Estate, Osborn Way, Hook, Hampshire, RG27 9UT, United Kingdom

2. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 and able to form a legally binding contract to purchase from us. You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your log-in credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. You must not transfer your account to anyone else.
3. Our products
We take care to describe and show our products accurately, but images and descriptions are for guidance and the appearance of a product may vary slightly from how it appears on your screen. Product specifications are approximate and we may make minor changes to comply with applicable law or to improve the product. We may change or discontinue products, and limit quantities, at any time.
4. How a contract is formed
When you place an order you make an offer to buy the products. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We will send you an acknowledgement when we receive your order, but this does not mean we have accepted it. A binding contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. If we cannot accept your order (for example, because the product is unavailable or there has been a pricing or description error), we will let you know and will not charge you, or will refund any payment taken.
5. Price and payment
Prices are shown on the Website and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Delivery costs are shown separately before you order. We take payment by the methods shown at checkout, including major debit and credit cards, Shop Pay and PayPal. We may correct obvious pricing errors even after an order is placed; if a product's correct price is higher than the price shown, we will contact you before accepting the order. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.
6. Delivery and risk
We will deliver to the address you give us. Delivery timescales are estimates and, unless we agree otherwise, we will deliver within 30 days of the dispatch confirmation. The products are your responsibility from the time they are delivered to you (or to someone you have nominated). You own the products once we have received payment in full. If you arrange your own carrier, risk passes when we hand the products to that carrier.
7. Your right to cancel (consumer cancellation rights)
If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods (or the last item of a multi-item order), without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
- How to cancel: tell us clearly within the cancellation period, by email to hello@keisapparel.com or using the model cancellation form available on the Website. You do not have to use the form.
- Returning the goods: return the goods without undue delay and within 14 days of telling us you are cancelling. You bear the direct cost of return unless we say otherwise.
- Refunds: we will refund the price and standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or of you showing us you have returned them, if earlier). If you chose a more expensive delivery option than our standard, we refund only the standard cost. We may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling the goods more than was necessary to examine them.
Exceptions: the right to cancel does not apply to certain goods, including goods that are made to your specification or personalised, goods that are sealed for health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed, and goods that become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
This cancellation right is separate from, and in addition to, your legal rights if goods are faulty (see section 8).
8. Faulty goods and your statutory rights
We have a legal duty to supply goods that conform to the contract. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not, you have legal rights including the short-term right to reject (normally within 30 days), the right to a repair or replacement, and, where appropriate, the right to a price reduction or refund. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights. We are not responsible for fair wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or damage caused by attempted repairs not authorised by us.
9. AI-assisted services and acceptable use
We use AI-assisted tools to support customer service and personalisation. You will always be told when you are interacting with an AI system, and you can ask to deal with a member of our team instead (see our Privacy & Cookie Policy).
You agree to use the Services lawfully and not to: use them for any unlawful or malicious purpose; infringe our or others' intellectual property; transmit false or misleading information; upload malicious code; harvest others' personal data; or use bots, scrapers or other automated means (including agentic AI tools) to access or interact with the Services except as we expressly permit. Any automated agent that accesses the Services must clearly identify itself as such, must not conceal that it is automated or mimic human behaviour, must not circumvent CAPTCHAs or other access controls, and must respond truthfully when asked whether it is automated. We may limit or block automated access and may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
10. Intellectual property
The content of the Services, including text, images, graphics, logos and design, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited right to use the Services for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or exploit any part of the Services without our prior written consent. Brand names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners.
11. Liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for unforeseeable loss. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence and for fraud. As you are a consumer buying for personal use, we are not liable for business losses.
12. Privacy
We process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy & Cookie Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
13. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures in performing our obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control. We will take reasonable steps to minimise any delay, and you may end the contract and receive a refund for undelivered products if the delay is substantial.
14. Complaints and dispute resolution
If you have a complaint, please contact us at hello@keisapparel.com and we will try to resolve it quickly. If we cannot resolve it, you may be able to use an alternative dispute resolution provider; we will tell you about this where it applies.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one in force when you place it. We will post the current version on the Website and update the date above.
16. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales. You may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
17. General
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our consent; we may transfer ours where this will not affect your rights.
