Connection

Brought the female to female adapters so I can use my new keis gloves with my jacket.loved the jacket that much had to buy the gloves

The female to female adaptor has allowed me to connect my old jacket to my new gloves. I'm very happy with the result.

Loose & temperamental

I had to purchase a pair of these to be able to connect my older KEIS J501 jacket to my new G701 gloves with onset of the UK winter. On third use, it appeared that right arm connector of the jacket had failed as the glove suddenly cut off. I swapped left to right and still the right side wasn't working and as these connectors were brand new, I presumed it was the jacket.
The jacket went away to the repair centre who came back telling me they couldn't find anything wrong with it. When everything was returned, it turned out it was one of these plugs that had failed.
The connection is neither tight or waterproof and as I know now, not very resilient. Frankly, this is a poor solution for connecting old type jackets with new type gloves in the KEIS range. Otherwise, KEIS riding gear is still the best money I've spent in motorcycling.

We appreciate this solution might not be ideal and is only to allow for support of pre-2020 garments to the new range and connections. For some background, we changed the system in 2020 to improve the connection between the gloves and other accessories using our own connection providing a water tight and secure click. That being said, we really appreacite your support for the brand!
