Battery replacement

I was disappointed that after only 1 season of use one of the batteries for my 301 gloves had swollen and needed replacing. Unfortunately those batteries were no longer available so instead of being able to purchase a singe replacement I had no choice but to replace both batteries which was much more costly, however having received the new batteries very quickly which I was delighted about they are smaller and lighter and can both be charged together which is such an improvement it was well worth the cost. Very blessed with the gloves and the batteries

Underwhelming really!

the batteries do not last long enough on even the the lowest level for longer riding in cold conditions. 3hrs to charge a 2000mah battery is also way too long considering that I could arrive somewhere with depleated batteries, and have to charge for 3hrs before continuing my journey. I know i could buy a second, or third set of batteries but then the price £40 per battery becomes a problem for me.

I know using hard wired power from the bike is the solution, but the y lead is just a ball ache to work with. maybe a non heated lightweight jacket with wiring only is a solution?

We are working on soltions for longer rides where, rather than power, you need capacity however its incredibly difficult to have both without a larger battery and therefore weight. Great idea about the non-heated jacket/vest with only wiring we will pass it to our product development team!!

How do I charge the glove batteries?

The set includes a USB-C charging cable that allows both batteries to be charged at once via a wall adapter, USB port, or power bank. Charging typically takes 4 to 5 hours, and we recommend using a high quality USB-C power source for the most efficient results, such as our 30W fast charger, sold separately.

Are these batteries compatible with all KEIS heated gloves?

No, these batteries are only compatible with KEIS glove models that feature dedicated internal battery pockets, including the G201, G301, G601, G701, G801, and G901. They are not compatible with the G102 or G701S gloves, as those models do not have built in compartments for battery storage.

Can I use these batteries while connected to my motorcycle at the same time?

No, the gloves should be powered either by the internal batteries or by a 12V bike connection, not both simultaneously. Attempting to connect both power sources at once may damage the electrical components of the glove or battery system.

How long do the glove batteries last on a full charge?
