Still early, have not tried in rain or really bad wind, but have been to the match in very cold weather with just a football top underneath. Toasty 😀. My brother was jealous

Fits lovely ( had to exchange it for bigger size)
Only thing is although it had the 5000mah battery the box didn’t come with the standard battery or charger like it said on the side of the box

The battery originally marked on the box went out of stock last season and discontinued after we had found a better solution. The 5000mAh is a free upgrade on this original battery containing almost double the power!

Puffer jacket

Got the j801 puffer jacket and the new improved 5000mah battery while it was on offer and the jacket is fantastic i use the batter or my other keis apparel and its far better than the old one id highly recommend both

It’s ok

Heating element of the coat is good however to craftsmanship is poor after only wearing the coat twice both pockets have developed holes in where the stitching has failed

Bought the Puffer Jacket to be able to use my bike all year round, it’s a new experience for me and I love it, Yesterday was a sunny but freezing cold day so my wife and I went for a spin to a bikers cafe but as it was so cold we took the rag top car and went topless, it’s a game changer for me and I know what to buy the wife for her birthday, I started on high heat setting but was soon down to medium and only needing high at motorway speeds.

I was in the process of buying the battery but then the deal came along to get the Puffer jacket at an amazing price, all in all exceptional value when the two were purchased together. Jacket is great and the battery life is excellent . I have several pieces of Keis now and they are all 1st class.

Good but could have been better

The jacket itself seems decent quality and should last a while and the heated zones get fairly warm on the high setting. The heated area is only across the chest and the same height around the back, It would have been so much better if the front pocket area was heated so you could keep your hands warm.

Battery life depends on the selected heat setting and external temperature. Use the battery run time calculator on the product page for an estimate.
Can I wash the J801 Heated Jacket?
Yes, but only after removing the battery. The jacket is hand washable or can be machine washed on a gentle cycle, following the care instructions provided. Do not tumble dry or wring out.
Is the J801 suitable for motorcycle use?
No, the J801 is specifically designed for leisure and off bike use. It is ideal for walking, hiking, and general outdoor wear, but it does not connect to a motorcycle power source and is not designed for riding protection.
Can I use other KEIS batteries with the J801?
The J801 will work with other KEIS portable batteries, such as the 2000mAh glove battery, but we don't recommend this as the run time is significantly lower.
