T103 Pantalon Chauffant

They work great and are connected to my ultraflex vest and gloves. Downside is that they go full hot (too hot) and put so much load on the power source on the bike, the fuse blew. Now have a controller for the trousers and all is well. Unexpected extra cost. Otherwise a 5.

Great product looking forward to putting to the test

Purchased these for my husband as a Christmas gift. Wore them whilst riding on 5th jan, had to keep unplugging him as they got too hot. He hadn't put anything on under them. Excellent,comfortable and good fit. Only downsides are that theres no controller to control the heat levels. Also doesnt come with the attachment to plug the item into your bike.

Exellant heated trousers one of the best

Fantastic addition and a must have if you buy the jacket, nothing worse than feeling the cold on your legs when the upper part of your body is warm.

These trouser are fantastic and do what they are supposed to do

I already have the jacket and glove, so the trousers were a no-brainer, and work very well as expected.

I've had my T103s a few years now to compliment the J501 jacket I had purchased shortly before.
I also have a pair of G701 gloves now, too. When you are out riding with this set up on, you really do not feel the cold at all. I've even ended up breaking into a sweat if I'm pushing it a bit. This is one of slight downfalls of wearing this type of kit is that you have to remind yourself that the road and your tyres are still cold even if you're not.
Obviously, it makes sense to wear these garments under descent water resistant outerwear as I have discovered that the heating effect can be drawn away by draughty clothing.
Also be warned that you should wear another thin layer between you and the trousers. I didn't read the instructions when I first wore them, and when I returned from long ride, I discovered I had seared the tops of my legs. The markings remained for over a week. This means that you will be wearing at least three layers on your legs but as these are so flexible, I hardly notice.
If I have any criticism at all, it is that the controller lanyard is not long enough. When you are fully kitted up, it is very difficult to access the controller (and almost impossible with gloves on), as it does not hang over the waist very far and can ride up under you jacket and get lost. This can get annoying if you are on and off your bike frequently, because when you reconnect to the bike, each garment has to be switched on independently.
Regardless of all this, heated riding gear is some of the best money I've spent in motorcycling.

First day with my new heated trousers; who knew you can ride in cold weather and feel warm and comfortable after 3 hours? Comfortable, easy to control the heat, and no cold spots. I didn't even turn my Keis jacket on! Really impressed.

I tend to only wear these on long motorway rides in the winter when the prolonged wind chill has an effect even on my legs. I've had these trousers for about three years now and they are still in great condition, with no signs of deterioration. If you ride in very cold weather for long periods, I'd recommend them.

love this item could have done with a size up though

Used these a few times now and not only do they fit perfect, but they keep me warm and when used with the controller they keep me just right no matter how long the ride.

Keis's heated pants are really, really well made. I would not be shocked if these pants truly lasted as long as a solid pair of blue jeans, and given that you are only wearing them one season out of four (unlike said jeans), you'll have them for life.

The heated panels also heat up instantaneously and work incredibly well.

But would I buy again? Probably not. Three criticisms:

1) Keis's connectors are proprietary to Keis, meaning that you need all Keis gear or none at all.

2) While the heat is great, the location of the panels is not that well thought out. To make the pants comfortable and to keep the heating panels close against the skin, Keis made the back half of the pants a stretchy material. This means that your lower back and your hips get no heat at all. In other words, the parts of your body that tend to get coldest on a motorcycle due to lack of wind protection relative to your knees, gets coldest.

3) The panels tend to slide inwards, heating your inner leg and thighs. Again, it's the outer side of our legs that need heating. If you've ever ridden a bike with a hot engine, you know that it gets nice and toasty on the inside side of your legs. It's the outside that needs the additional heat.
