G601 Heated Touring Gloves

Gloves are breaking in nicely. Ive found that occasionally the inner does move/twist, if you hands are cold or wet they can be very difficult (almost impossible) to get on.

The cuff Velcro does up differently to all my other gloves and take a bit of getting use to but they arent too bulky to fit under the jackets cuff. The wrist strap is a bit short and slips out and regular needs re-threading which means you have to take the gloves off. Also the wrist strap could do with being further down the glove, and actually be around the wrist rather than the hand

Heated Gloves G601

This is my second pair after the first word out. I ride daily in all weathers, mostly commuting up and down the M4. The first pair lasted me about 2.5 years, so good going for me.
I do however need to point out that the gender of the power socket has changed and I now need an adapter so they are once again compatible with my heated jacket (which I also recommend highly).
It would be nice if this was pointed out on the website.
No 5 star award though as some Muppet has decided to reduce the length of the rain wipe on the left finger. What was a really useful feature has been rendered almost useless. It still works but now takes 2 or 3 attempts to clear my Neo Text 2 visor, whereas the old style did it in 1.

Keis vs Gerbing

Was debating between the Keis G01 and the Gerbing. Went with the Keis as it appeared to have better protection for the crash/slide. Also has separate temperature control on the glove itself. Fits my hand according to the size chart.

Overall the Keis vest and gloves are excellent items for winter riding. They keep you warm when nothing else works, they are well made and wearing them feels pretty much like wearing any other motorcycle kit

What power sources are available?
The G601 gloves feature dual power capability. You can plug them into your motorcycle's 12V battery using the supplied lead or power them via optional KEIS Li-ion portable batteries, which fit into the glove cuff pockets for use both on and off the bike.
How does the heating system work?
The gloves use micro carbon fibre heating elements that generate far infrared warmth through a thin carbon wire which weaves around each finger. This system delivers fast, even heat where it's needed without bulk or hotspots, improving dexterity and comfort for the rider.
Are they waterproof?
Yes. They incorporate a Hipora® waterproof membrane, which keeps moisture out while allowing sweat to escape, providing breathability and dryness even in extreme rainy conditions. For the best results, we recommend tucking the glove under an outer sleeve to avoid water ingress through the cuff.
What insulation is used?
Inside, the gloves feature 3M Thinsulate® thermal insulation, which retains warmth efficiently without compromising mobility, dexterity or feel.
What level of impact protection do they offer?
Built to EN 13594:2015 Level 2KP certified standards for knuckle protection, they also include flexible hard armour, a palm guard, and reinforced genuine goat leather to safeguard high impact zones without the extra bulk you may find on textile gloves.
How do I control the heat?
There's an integrated heat controller located on the back of the wrist, allowing easy switching between the glove's three heat levels, even while riding, without removing the gloves or stopping.
What’s included in the box and warranty coverage?
Each purchase includes the gloves, Y-connector lead, motorcycle power supply lead, and instructions. All heating elements enjoy a lifetime warranty, while the gloves themselves are covered by a two-year manufacturer warranty (batteries are covered separately for 180 days).
