    Due to the elasticated side panels you may find you need to order the chest size smaller for a snug fit. A snug fit provides the most efficient transfer of heat from the heated jacket, through your required under layer (e.g. long sleeved t-shirt), to your upper body.

    We have an easy solution. This Keis Apparel website offers FREE UK return postage for any item purchased from this website, within 30 days.

        The Keis J505RP Premium Extreme Heated Jacket features a Lifetime Warranty on all heating panels.

        Connect & power

        It is recommended that you power the J505RP Extreme Heated Jacket from a vehicle battery, using the supplied Keis Power Lead.

        While this heated jacket can technically be powered by a Keis Portable Battery Pack, we believe that this may not be very practical. As the heated jacket draws 6.5Amps of current to heat the many different Micro Carbon Fibre heating elements, a portable battery is not recommended to power this garment. It is advised that this heated jacket be powered from a vehicle battery connection.


        This heated jacket can also be powered via the Keis Cigarette Lighter/DIN Power Supply Lead (available as an optional accessory).

        Connecting the supplied motorcycle power lead is quick and easy.

        SPECIAL NOTE - You are unable to power this heated garment using a cigarette lighter/DIN power lead on a BMW motorcycle, due to the 5Amp limit to their DIN power socket (the jacket draws 6.5Amps).

        The best heated jacket ever.

        Absolutely the best and reliable one. Autumn to Spring (Devon) literally T-shirt underneath and that’s it for casual riding. Even without heating on, this is fantastic wind stopper. With heated gloves it is the best set ever.

        I recently took the plunge and invested in a heated jacket after some of the people I follow using them.

        All I can say is how have I gone so long without this, I also brought the adapter so it connects to my forklift at work so I can keep nice and toasty while everyone else freezes.

        The fact it heats up the everything is amazing I wouldn't recommend anything other than keis heated apparel too anyone.

        Going to be amazing going riding at whatever time and being able to keep nice and dry

        Best thing ever

        I have been using the 501 heated jacket for a few years now, and I can say it is the best purchase I have ever made. I ride all year round and now use the 505 extreme version, from October through to April, and I can't imagine riding without it.
        It is like riding out in the cold only with your duvet wrapped around you toasty warm. It fits under my winter jacket easily and you don’t know it’s there, until you switch it on. The old 501 version did fail after a few years of constant use, and It was immediately replaced free of charge , which is why i am writing this review.
        I did purchase the heated gloves too, which work really well.
        If you like to be toasty warm out on the bike in winter , it is well worth the investment.

        Fantastic Jacket

        Received my wife’s and my new J505 heated jackets last week, we both had the older models but I decided to upgrade them to the more powerful model after a very cold ride the weekend before.
        Fantastic quality and a very smart looking jacket, perfect for wearing in the evening if you were away on tour.
        Excellent heating output, in fact probably too much for me. The power leads from the arms to the gloves have been extended slightly making it easier to plug into the gloves.
        My wife’s dive Small is a perfect fit and she normally is a size 12uk
        My size Medium is good but it is still built for someone with a large stomach which is a shame and the only reason I gave it a score of 4, otherwise it would have been a 5.

        Nearly Perfect

        This awesome jacket is easy to set up and operate with its onboard handheld controller. It heats up super fast and I can easily scroll through the heat levels to find out what works best for me at the time. The jacket’s overall fit and finish rivals any jacket that I have purchased. It has 3 useful pockets for my stuff. The multi layer construction is super effective. It’s so warm, in fact, that simply using it as a (unplugged) mid layer works really well too. I used it several times with my REV’IT mesh moto jacket. I am very pleased with warm, fit, and finish.

        My only issue is that the collar is about 2.5cm to tall for me. It rides up into my chin while standing. Add in the bit of rise that occurs at the waist while seated on the bike and it becomes uncomfortable. Solution: The collar should be manufactured in a way that it’s angled downward from the back of the collar toward the chin area. Or, that it be reduced by an 1” (2.5cm) all around to eliminate the issue entirely.

        Even with that said I am very happy with jacket. I will make it work because the heated panel coverage and quality build is unrivaled by brands here in the states. If the collar was shorter I would have given the jacket 5 stars.
