How long does KEIS delivery take in the UK?
Delivery times can vary depending on your location within the UK. Standard shipping is offered at 3-5 business days and is free of charge for orders over £50. We also offers a premium service which costs £7.99 but ensures your parcel is delivered within 1-2 working days.
Can I exchange my KEIS jacket or gloves if the size is wrong?

Can I cancel my KEIS order if I change my mind?
Certainly, while we would be incredibly sad to see you go you are able to cancel an order before it is fulfilled by our warehouse team. Just contact our customer service team who will be happy to help and provided the item has not yet left the warehouse we can cancel the order.

You can control the Jackets, Vests and Bodywarmers with bluetooth by using the bluetooth power controller which is sold seperatly and uses an app availabe on both Apple and Andorid.
How quickly do KEIS heated jackets warm up?
Quick. KEIS jackets immediately begin to warm up once they are plugged in and when on the highest setting can take less than a minute to reach a high heat but we recommend waiting 5 minutes to feel the full effects.
Can I connect my KEIS heated jacket to a motorcycle battery?
Most KEIS garments come with a vehicle supply lead included. Using this supply lead you can connect your garment straight to your motorcycle battery. Alternatively, connect using battery power
Are KEIS heated garments safe to use in the rain?
Yes! The KEIS motorcycle gloves are fully waterproof and designed to be worn in the rain. Jackets Vests and Bodywarmers are to be worn underneath other motorcycle gear which would need to be waterproof. KEIS Garments other than Gloves are NOT designed to be used when wet and must be dried out befor use.
